We invite women who are pregnant, or in the postpartum period, with babies up to 2 years of age, to join us as we share evidence-based learning, engage in meaning dialogue about the challenges of motherhood and offer a community of support and resources.

This closed group community will compassionately explore:

  • Making sense of the mess of motherhood

  • Unpacking and giving voice to shame and guilt

  • Understanding and fostering attachment to your child

  • Psychoeducation for perinatal mental health and mood disorders

  • Strengthening inner resources to cope and manage

  • Honouring the self while transitioning into motherhood
