We invite women who are pregnant, or in the postpartum period, with babies up to 2 years of age, to join us as we share evidence-based learning, engage in meaning dialogue about the challenges of motherhood and offer a community of support and resources.
This closed group community will compassionately explore:
Making sense of the mess of motherhood
Unpacking and giving voice to shame and guilt
Understanding and fostering attachment to your child
Psychoeducation for perinatal mental health and mood disorders
Strengthening inner resources to cope and manage
Honouring the self while transitioning into motherhood
