We are seeking experienced therapists with a Masters of Social Work to join our team at Grace North. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Individual Therapist (children/youth and adults)
Couples Therapist
Maternal Mental Health Therapist
As a therapist on our team you will be trauma-informed with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidenced based treatment.
The positions are offered as part-time with the flexibly to increase hours if desired, at a pace that works for you. The candidate will be willing to offer some day/ evening and potentially weekend availability to best meet the needs of the community. Therapist must have technology to support virtual service.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work
-
Membership in the Ontario Association of Social Workers in good standing
-
Holds current and valid malpractice insurance
-
Strong knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapies
-
Specific training in EFT and/or Gottman Method (for couples therapist)
-
Specialization and experience in Maternal Mental Health
-
3-5 years experience working in a clinical setting
-
Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Strong verbal and written communications skills
-
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:

Providing psychotherapy to adults, children/youth and couples with a variety of presenting issues

Capacity to provide in person and online psychotherapy
-
Maintain notes and other records in accordance with relevant college standards and legislation

Communicate with other professionals as needed in providing service to clients

Adhere to Social Work values and code of ethics

Commitment to ongoing professional development and personal self care

Work well independently as well in a team environment

We are currently seeking a Clinic Care Coordinator to join our team.
This individual enjoys helping others and has exceptional customer service skills. Their organizational skills and attention to detail will keep the office running smoothly and ensure our clients always feel welcomed and cared for. As the first point of contact for our practice members it is imperative that you are friendly, warm and professional; understanding the sensitive nature of our practice.
You must be a creative self-starter who is a wiz with technology (bonus points if you know a thing or two about social media) and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You are excellent at managing your time and would be described as reliable and dependable by those who know you well.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or as an Office Manager. Experience in healthcare or social services a definite asset

Ability to work independently with flexibility to work at home and in office

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Private space to work at home where confidentiality can be maintained

Must have your own laptop and phone to work from

Ability to be proactive and initiate activities to support the practice

Must have own transportation

May work outside office hours to support groups/workshops when requested
Responsibilities:
You will be the most loved individual on our team, working to make the office run smoothly, coordinating care for all Grace North clients and ensuring our therapists have what they need to provide top quality service. You will also work closely with the Practice Owner to support with administrative needs, creating more efficient systems, writing and maintaining practice policies and managing the office.

Serve as the assistant to the Practice Owner

Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the practice

Be the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns from therapists, clients, and third-party individuals/organizations
-
Respond to all new phone, email, and website inquiries for services within 24 hours
-
Set up new clients in our electronic health system, Owl Practice.

Communicate with our therapists to inform of new assigned clients
-
Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned
-
Adhere to privacy legislation respecting the privacy of colleagues and clients
-
Create clinical resources and support with social media and marketing
-
Onboarding new associates/students
-
Help grow the practice by finding new referral sources
-
Support with marketing, preparing appropriate print and digital material as required
-
Perform office duties including mailing, supplies, cleaning, equipment, processing payments, errands, and purchasing
-
Preparation for monthly team meetings and meeting minute taking
